Business and Commercial Litigation
We have a broad range of experience prosecuting and defending commercial and business claims in federal court, state court, including the Commercial Division of the New York State courts, and appellate courts. We also routinely represent clients in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association (AAA), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and other arbitral forums.
We aggressively pursue our clients’ interests without losing sight of the bottom line.
Our litigation and trial skills, in depth knowledge of the rules of procedure in federal and state courts, as well as our experience before a countless number of judges in New York and the surrounding metropolitan area have enabled us to achieve extraordinary results in litigations large and small, and have made us counsel of choice for many out-of-state law firms seeking local counsel.
Our substantive litigation experience includes disputes involving contracts, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trademarks, domain names, real estate, fiduciaries, securities, broker-dealers, trade secrets, restrictive covenants (including non-compete and non-solicitation agreements), employment, insurance coverage, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, collections, the Uniform Commercial Code, civil RICO, fraud, antitrust, administrative law and Article 78, construction, and defamation.
