Fiduciary and Estate Litigation

We have represented trustees, executors, administrators, guardians and beneficiaries in state court, including surrogate’s court, and federal court in a wide range of trust and estate disputes, and have achieved a track record of successful outcomes. Our experience includes will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty and removal actions, disputes over distribution of trust assets, and accounting proceedings.

We understand that fiduciary and estate litigation often arises suddenly and under potentially stressful and emotional circumstances. We are equipped to act promptly, effectively and with appropriate sensitivity to achieve our clients’ goals.
